Purpose and Philosophy

At insideOUT, we believe in fostering a culture of ownership and shared success. Our profit-sharing program is designed to:

  1. Embed a sense of ownership in the company’s performance and goals
  2. Share the rewards of our efforts with the people who did the work
  3. Promote transparency and collaboration across all levels

Eligibility

All full-time employees who have completed at least 6 months of service are eligible to participate in the profit sharing program. Part-time employees and contractors are not eligible at this time.

Profit Sharing Pool

Each quarter, insideOUT will allocate 10% of its net profits to the profit sharing pool. This pool will be distributed among eligible employees based on the following criteria:

Distribution Schedule

Profit sharing distributions will be made quarterly, within 45 days after the end of each fiscal quarter.
